2. 不想讓胖胖有習慣吃甜食的習慣, 就正常三餐, 加上點心這樣就好.
Last time, Alexis and I had so much fun on making herself hand-made cookie on her own.
This time we decided to make a milky pudding with strawberry jam topping on it.
Honestly speaking, I am not a fan of desserts, and I don't want Alexis get used to eat dessets all the time.
So that I don't really make a lot of dessets at home.
But the weather is getting hotter and making fresh pudding is fine for her.
Normally we need Gelatine to form a pudding which I really don't like it because it is not a natural food resource.
This time I found another pudding recipe which is really easy making without Gelatine.
Amazing, isn't it?!
The most important thing is that can be made by our kids themselves.
It was really fun.
So that's take a look how Alexis made herself a strawberry-milky pudding!
[胖麻親子烘培堂] Mother-kid Baking Class at Home.
*第二堂: 草莓牛奶軟凍* (Second class: Strawberry-milky pudding)
Mini Chef: Alexis
冷牛奶250ml, 糖15克(沒加也沒關係. 因為牛奶本身就有甜味), 玉米粉20克
*草莓淋醬: 取3顆新鮮草莓洗淨去蒂後, 切小塊打成泥狀就可以了.
250ml Cold milk, 15g white sugar, 20g corn starch.
*Strawberry jam topping: using juicer to blend three strawberries.
Prepare all ingredients and the pudding containers
Carfully guide your kids to pour all milk, sugar, and corn starch into the pot.
You could observe your kid's face now, like Alexis, she really concentrated on it.
3. 將鍋子用小火加熱約五分鐘, 並且一邊加熱一定要請孩子一邊不停攪拌, 避免結底
Heating the pot with the smallest level about 5 minetes, PLEASE tell your kid to stir all ingredients all the time while heating the pot. Otherwise all ingredients would be burned in the bottom of the pot.

Alexis refused to get close to the stove at first time. She thought that was dangerous. I thought this was a good chance for her to get to know what is dangerous thing and how to use them correctly and carefully. They definitely will learn it from using them instead of just waatching them.)

Please keep stirring it while the heating process.
Otherwise there would have some sticky objects in the bottom of your pot like the picture below.
When they became very creamy and milky, you can turn the power off.
Guide your kid to pour the creamy liquid into the pudding containers.
After the milk pudding cool down, ask your kid to put them into the Refrigerator until it became solid.
Alexis is really a goof helper.
She was using the plastic food wrap to cover the pudding before putting it into the fridge.

7. 再將牛奶軟凍拿出來之前, 可以拿想吃的水果淋醬用攪拌器或果汁機打成泥, 再將牛奶軟凍拿出來用手稍微壓一下邊邊就很容易可以倒扣到盤子上了.
Use blender to mix your fruit topping, also use your finger to press the milk pudding to separate it from the container then put it on the plate with your fruit jam. You can eat it now!!!!
